Exchange & Return Policy

GENERAL EXCHANGE TERMS

We reserve the right to amend our exchange policy at any time. The general terms in this section below shall apply to all returns/exchanges.  

  • All products purchased are non-refundable in cash. 
  • An exchange will only be entertained if the item is in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with its tag (if any) intact.
  • Only items purchased directly on allwouldenvy.com are eligible for exchange/refund subject to the terms set out herein.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges/returns. Items bought on sale or using any discount, promotion code or store credits will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.
  • We will not entertain any exchange/return if you purchase our merchandise from any third party or our stockists. 

RETURN OF REGULAR-PRICED ITEM

If a regular-priced item you purchased does not fit you well or you just wish to return the item, you may return the item you purchased to us, subject to the following terms and conditions and the following steps: 

Terms and conditions 

  • All postage fees will be borne by you. 
  • We recommend sending by registered mail to avoid any dispute of lost mail. 
  • An admin and handling fee of S$1.00 will be imposed for each item that you return. For example, if you wish to return 3 items from a single order, the admin fee imposed is S$3.00. This amount will be deducted from the store credits you will receive from the return.
  • An additional mailing fee of S$2.00 will be imposed for each order that is returned. For example, if you wish to return 3 items from a single order, the mailing fee imposed is S$2.00. The mailing fee is imposed because for your original shipment, we subsidized this amount when shipping the parcel to you via courier. For subsequent orders using the credits issued to you, we will not be subsidizing this amount again. This amount will be deducted from the store credits you will receive from the return.
  • Store credits will be issued to you (after our receipt of the items) in the form of a coupon code with a validity period of 3 months, which can be used to offset your next online order. The coupon code that will be issued to you for store credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code.
  • Store credits issued for each return (i.e. in one coupon code) must be used at one-go in a single transaction. No request for refund of or issuance of new coupon for un-utilised store credits will be entertained.
  • Items bought on sale or using any discount, promotion code or store credits will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Your name;
  2. Your order number;
  3. The item(s) you wish to return
  • After we have confirmed that you may proceed to send the item back to us for the exchange/return, please pack the item securely in an envelope or plastic packaging and write your name and return address at the back of the parcel.
  • Thereafter, please send the parcel to us within 7 working days once the instructions have been given via registered postage (or such other courier method that allows tracking) in in its original condition at the address which we will furnish to you over email.

EXCHANGE OF REGULAR-PRICED ITEM

If you wish to exchange a regular-priced item to the same item of different colour or size, or to another item, you may do so via our two way courier exchange service, subject to the following terms and conditions and the following steps: 

Terms and conditions 

  • An admin and handling fee of S$1.00 will be imposed for each item that you wish to exchange. 
  • A two-way courier exchange service fee of S$5.50 will be imposed regardless of number of items exchanged. 
  • The two-way courier exchange service works by having the courier deliver the new exchanged items which you have requested for, and at the same time, collect the pieces which you wish to return.
  • No refunds or credits will be given if the replacement item is of a lower value. However, a top-up will be required if you opt to exchange an item for another item of a higher value.
  • Items bought on sale or using any discount, promotion code or store credits will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Your name;
  2. Your order number;
  3. The item(s) received which you wish to exchange ; and
  4. The item(s) you wish to exchange for (please state preferred replacement item and size) (subject to availability)  

EXCHANGE/RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDER

If you received an item with a *significant defect or a wrong order, you will qualify for a free exchange for the same item of same size (if the same item is still available on our site) or store credits of an equivalent value inclusive of the postage fee to send the defective piece back to us (only if the item is no longer available on our site), subject to the following terms and conditions and the following steps. 

Only the following defects will be considered a significant defect which will qualify for an exchange/return:

  • Measurements of the item differ more than 0.75" from that stated on our site;
  • Stains that do not appear to be removable with a wash of the item;
  • Obvious scratches or tears on the item that is visible on the exterior of the item; and
  • Spoilt zippers that are not caused by you.

For the avoidance of doubt, please note that the following will not be considered defects or significant defects:

  • Slight washable stains;
  • Loose threads;
  • Slight colour variation from photos on our site; or
  • Cuttings that do not fit you or your body shape well. 

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Your name;
  2. Your order number;
  3. Photo of the defect or wrong item.
  • In the case that the same item is no longer available and after we have confirmed that you may proceed to send the item back to us for return, please pack the item securely in an envelope or plastic packaging and write your name and return address at the back of the parcel.
  • Please send the parcel to us within 7 working days once the instructions have been given via registered postage (the costs of which will be borne by us) in in its original condition at the address which we will furnish to you over email.
