Return Policy

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES

Email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com (no later than 7 days after date of your receipt of your order), stating the following:

  1. Your name;
  2. Your order number;
  3. The item(s) you wish to return; and
  4. Your preferred return method a) Registered Postage b) Courier Pick-up c) Drop Off at Funan Store.
  5. (For Courier Pick-ups only) Pick-up address, preferred pick-up date and timeslot.

METHODS OF RETURN

a) Registered Postage
    • Pack the items you wish to return in a parcel and indicate the order number on the back of the parcel.
    • Upon confirmation of the return request by our customer service team, please mail the parcel to our office at AWE, #03-03, 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A, Singapore 787502.
    b) Courier Pick-ups (For local orders only)
    • We can arrange for a pick-up of items at your given address via courier at a one-time fee of S$4.50 that will be deducted from the store credits issued to you.
    • Please indicate in the return request your preferred pick-up date (at least 2 working days from your email) and time slot (weekday 9am-12pm, weekday 12pm-3pm, weekday 3pm-6pm, or Saturday 9am-1pm).
    • You will receive a courier waybill via email from us. Please print the waybill and paste it on the return parcel before the arranged pick-up time slot.
    • An additional $4.50 will be deducted from the store credits if the return parcel is not ready for collection and a second collection is required.
    c) Drop Off at Funan Store
      • Pack the items you wish to return in a parcel and indicate the order number on the back of the parcel.
      • Upon confirmation of the return request by our customer service team, please drop the parcel off at our store in Funan Mall, #02-K09, 107 North Bridge Road, Singapore 179105.
      • The return parcel will be brought back to our office to be processed for online store credits only.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

      • All products purchased are non-refundable in cash. 
      • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Items bought on sale or using any discount, promotion code or store credits will not be eligible for returns.
      • Only items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with its tag (if any) intact will be eligible for returns.
      • Only items purchased directly on allwouldenvy.com are eligible for returns.
      • Items are to be returned within 7 days upon confirmation of the return request.
      • We reserve the rights to reject any returns if the above conditions are not met.

      STORE CREDITS

      • Store credits will issued to you within 14 days after your return parcel has reached our office.
      • Store credits will be issued directly to your account. Please log in to your account page for access and redemption of store credits.
      • You will receive a confirmation email after the store credits have been issued to you.
      • Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
      • Store credits can only be used for online purchases at www.allwouldenvy.com.
      • Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discount codes.

       

      DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

      Email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com (no later than 7 days after date of your receipt of your order), stating the following:

      1. Your name;
      2. Your order number;
      3. The item(s) that are defective or incorrect; and
      4. Attach a photo of the defect or evidence of incorrect order.

      All items are to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with its tag (if any) intact.

      Upon confirmation that the item(s) can be returned, please pack the item(s) in a parcel with the order number indicated at the back of the parcel, and mail it to our office at AWE, #03-03, 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A, Singapore 787502. Postage fees will be refunded back to the payment method used for your order.

      Alternatively, please let us know if you would prefer us to arrange for a courier pick-up, or if you would like to drop the parcel off at our Funan Store.

      After we process the return parcel, the replacement items will be mailed to your address.

      In the event that any item to be replaced is sold out, store credits will be issued to your account for such item, and the store credits will be valid for 6 months.

      WHAT WE ACCEPT AS DEFECTS?

      • Measurements of the item differ more than 0.75" from that stated on our site;
      • Stains that cannot be removed after washing;
      • Scratches, holes, tears or spoilt zippers that affect the aesthetic appeal or functionality of the item; and
      • Loose threads, slight colour variations from product photos are not considered defects.
