RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES
Don’t worry if you don’t like the item you purchased or if it doesn’t fit you well! We allow returns of items purchased from us on our website (allwouldenvy.com) for store credits as long as the items meet the criteria set out below.
EXCHANGE OF ITEM
We strictly do not do exchanges, whether for another item or for the same item in a different size/colour. An item (if eligible for returns) will have to be returned to us for store credits, which you may then use to make a new order for another item or size of your choice.
HOW TO RETURN?
If you would like to return your item (which must meet the eligibility criteria set out below), please email us at email@example.com (no later than 7 days after receiving your order) with the following information:
- Your name;
- Your order number; and
- The item(s) you wish to return.
Upon our written confirmation that your item(s) is eligible for returns, please pack the item you wish to return in a secured parcel and indicate your order number on the the parcel (so that we identify you!).
All returns should be sent to us at “AWE, #03-03, 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A, Singapore 787502”.
You may choose any method of mailing the item back to us, whether by normal mail, registered mail or arranging for your own courier. However, we will not be held responsible if the parcel gets lost during transit without a tracking a tracking number.
Store credits (in the amount of the price you paid for the returned item, less any shipping fees) will be issued to you within 7 days after we receive your return item.
- Only items for which prices are not marked down on our website are eligible for returns. Items bought with promo code are returnable unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promo code.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and be in its unaltered condition with its tag (if any) intact to be eligible for returns.
- All sale items, swimwear, accessories and masks are strictly not returnable.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- All items purchased are non-refundable in cash. Only store credits (in the amount of the price you paid for the item, less any shipping fees) will be issued for eligible returns.
- Only items purchased directly on allwouldenvy.com are eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned to us within 7 days upon confirmation of the return request via email.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns (and charge you for any shipping fee incurred to return the items back to you) if the above conditions are not met or if the items returned do not meet the eligible criteria.
- Store credits will be issued directly to your account. Please log into your account on our website to access and redeem your store credits.
- You will receive a confirmation email after the store credits have been issued to you.
- Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Store credits can only be used for online purchases our website (allwouldenvy.com).
- Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discount codes.
- Store credits cannot be used to offset shipping fees.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We are sorry if you received a defective* item or a wrong item.
Steps to take:
- In the rare and unfortunate event that you received a defective* or wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org(no later than 7 days after date of your receipt of your order), stating the following:
- Your name;
- Your order number;
- The item(s) that are defective or incorrect; and
- Attach a photo of the defect or evidence of incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will advise you on the next steps, including how to send your item back to us.
- Upon our written confirmation that your item is eligible for returns, please pack the item you wish to return in a secured parcel and indicate your order number on the back of the parcel (so that we identify you!), and send the parcel to us via Singapore Post registered postage at “AWE, #03-03, 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A, Singapore 787502”. We will reimburse you for the postage fees you incur – by refunding that amount back to you via the payment method used for your order.
- After we process your return parcel, we will send another piece or the correct item to you at your original shipping address. In the event that the item is sold out, we will issue store credits to your account for the item, and the above section “STORE CREDITS” will apply.
General terms and conditions for return of defective/incorrect items:
- The above section “OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS” will also apply to the returns of defective/incorrect items.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and be in its unaltered condition with its tag (if any) intact to be eligible for returns, even if the item is defective or wrong.
*What constitutes a defective item:
- The measurements of the item differ more than 0.75" from that stated on our site;
- The item has obvious stains that cannot be removed after washing;
- The item has scratches, holes, tears or spoilt zippers that affect the aesthetic appeal or functionality of the item, and such defects were present before the item reached you; and
Please note that loose threads and slight colour variations from product photos are not considered defects.
