Terms and Conditions

We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to www.allwouldenvy.com (the "Site") and govern our supply of products and services to you. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

We are ALL WOULD ENVY PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", "All Would Envy"), a company registered in Singapore. Our registration number is 201710526K, and our registered office is located at 81 Tagore Lane, #02-01, Singapore 787502.

If we need to reach you for service-related matters, we will do so by phone, email or at the postal address provided in your order. References to "writing" or "written" in these Terms include emails.

Using the Site

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide on the Site is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You will not copy or distribute any part of the Site without All Would Envy's prior written consent.

You are responsible for your use of the Site and its materials. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential.

We may disable your account if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation.
  • post or transmit any material that contains harmful code, infringes third-party rights, or is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Rewards Program

Participation in the rewards program allows you to collect points and redeem rewards vouchers when shopping on the Site. Points and rewards are outlined on the Site.

By participating, you agree that:

  • Points and rewards vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points and rewards vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded.
  • Points earned will expire after 12 months.
  • Rewards vouchers can only be used once for the partial or full payment of regular-priced items (excluding Gift Cards) and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or cancel the rewards program or its terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued participation in the rewards program indicates acceptance of such amendments.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites. Access and use of third-party sites will be at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights on the Site. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.

Warranties and Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement,

Without prejudice to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from life or wear of any product or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose or use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to us; improper remedy of defective products, alteration of the products, unsuitable or improper use, wilful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, as well as fair wear and tear, by you or any third party; third party claims, whether directly or indirectly caused by, or relating to, the content of our Site and the products purchased on or through our Site;

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnities

You agree to indemnify All Would Envy and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, your violation of any of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

Termination

We may terminate your access to or use of the Site, or the enjoyment of the rewards program, if you breach any of these Terms. We may also take appropriate action, including legal proceedings, for any violations.

Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed on the Site. Once submitted, orders are irrevocable and unconditional. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you accordingly. We may be unable to process your order because an item is out of stock or the inventory of the item is inaccurate, because of limits on our resources, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the item, because we are unable to meet the delivery timelines, or for many other possible reasons.

Product Description and Defects

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions. However, please note that products may vary slightly from their images (which are for illustrative purposes only) and measurements may vary slightly (up to 0.75”) from the measurements provided.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you.

Only the following will be considered as defects:

  • items with measurements that differ more than 0.75" from that stated on the Site;
  • items with very obvious stains that cannot be removed after an attempt to wash the stains; and
  • items with obvious scratches, holes, tears or spoilt zippers that affect the functionality of the item, provided that such defects were present before the item reached you.

Returns

Subject to our Returns Policy, we generally accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with their original tags intact, save for:

  • items bought with store credits or promotions or discount codes;
  • sale items, accessories and lifestyle items including bags, clutches, masks, sashes, scrunchies, umbrellas, luggage tags, passport covers, key fobs; and
  • items not bought directly from the Site.

Store credits will be issued for eligible returned items. Please note that store credits issued to you cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes or reward vouchers and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or sale items. Store credits are valid for 6 months and no extension of validity will be granted after expiry.

Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item, please do not wear, wash or alter, or remove the tags from, the item and get in touch with us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received as soon as possible. We may have to trouble you to do an exchange (from the wrong item to the correct item) at our office or at a specific All Would Envy store in Singapore.

Delivery

Delivery costs are displayed on the Site. Orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working days (not including weekends or public holidays in Singapore). Delivery within Singapore will take 3 or more working days thereafter and delivery outside of Singapore may longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur.

Bounced Parcels

We reserve the right to deem any orders that cannot be delivered after a few attempts or that are uncollected after 14 days as returns and store credits will be issued for the items in the order, less an administrative fee of S$10.

Please note that the store credits issued to you cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes or reward vouchers and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or sale items. Store credits are valid for 6 months and no extension of validity will be granted after expiry. Please refer to our Store Credits FAQ for more information.

Responsibility for Products

You are responsible for products from the time they are delivered to the address you have provided to us.

Subject to these Terms, you own the product in your order once we have received payment in full for your order.

Personal Data

We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to process your order, process your payment, to send you marketing emails, and for other specified purposes.

General

These Terms, which expressly incorporates our returns policy, Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions set out on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Would Envy.

A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this agreement.

You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of 1 arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be in English.

Image Use Agreement

By posting your image in our Telegram group or tagging us in your image on any social media platforms, you grant All Would Envy the right to use your image and represent and warrant that you own the image and there are no other entities with ownership claims over it.
