Returns
  • What are the steps to do a return?
    • 1. Email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com with a return request within 7 WORKING DAYS of receipt of your order, stating your order number, and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply to your email to confirm and inform you to proceed. 
    • 2. Please ensure items are not worn, washed and are in original condition with hang tags/ labels intact.
    • 3. Place items back into their original packaging (plastics and/or zipper bags if any), and then into a polymailer. Reusing our polymailer (that came with your order) for the return is encouraged.
    • 4. Indicate your NAME and ORDER NUMBER on the return parcel.
    • 5. Modes of return:
      • By mail -> Please mail your return parcel to AWE, #02-01, 81 Tagore Lane, S787502. You may use your preferred method of mailing e.g. normal mail / SmartPac / registered mail / courier. Please note that we would not be held responsible if the return parcel is lost in transit.
      • Self return -> You may drop off your return parcel at AWE, #02-01, 81 Tagore Lane, S787502. If no one is in the office to receive your return parcel, you may drop the return parcel into the return box outside our office and inform us via email after you have done so.
      • We do not accept returns at our Plaza Singapura store due to space constraint. 
    • 6. All return parcels must be mailed out within 7 WORKING DAYS from our email confirmation. If you opt to do a self return, the return parcel must reach us within 7 WORKING DAYS from this email confirmation.
    • 7. We will get in touch with you via email (typically within 3 working days) after we have processed the return and issued the store credits to your account.
    • 8. Please note that store credits issued to you cannot be used to offset shipping fees, or used in conjunction with discount codes and reward points vouchers. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
    • 9. In the scenario that we receive a return parcel that does not meet the conditions listed above, you will be required to do a top up of $3 via PayNow to our UEN: 201710526K for us to courier the items to you again. 
  • What items can I return?
    • Regular priced clothing items bought with promo codes, loyalty rewards and gift cards can be returned unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promo code.
    • With immediate effect (7 December 2023), items bought using store credits are NOT eligible for returns.
  • What items can I not return?
    • -> With immediate effect (7 December 2023), items bought using store credits are NOT eligible for a return again.
    • -> Items that have been marked down on our website  i.e. items from the our sale page.
    • -> Items that were bought with a discount code where the terms of the discount code explicitly mentioned that returns are not admissible.
    • -> All accessories and lifestyle items including bags, clutches, masks, sashes, scrunchies, umbrellas, luggage tags, key fobs
    • -> Items that have been worn, washed, or with the hangtag detached. 
    • -> Items purchased from other platforms (including our Plaza Singapura outlet) other than from our website www.allwouldenvy.com
  • Can I do a size exchange?
    • We do not facilitate size exchanges. You may return the item for store credits and use store credits to make a new purchase of your preferred size.
  • How can I mail the item to you?
    • You may choose any method of mailing the item back to us, whether by normal mail, registered mail or arranging for your own courier. However, we will not be held responsible if the parcel gets lost during transit without a tracking number. 
    • All items must be mailed out to us within 7 WORKING DAYS of our confirmation email.
  • Can I do a self return?
    • Yes, you can choose to make a return directly to our office. We have also placed a drop off box outside our office unit where you may drop your return parcel if you are visiting outside office hours. Please inform us immediately via email after you have dropped the return parcel in the drop off box outside our office.
    • All self returns must be made within 7 WORKING DAYS of our confirmation email.

  • What is your return address?
    • The return address is our office — #02-01, 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A, Singapore 787502.

  • What if I received a defective or wrong item? 
    • We are sorry that you have received a defective or wrong item. Please write to us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com with a photo of the defective or wrong item and we will advise you on a solution as soon as possible. 
  • What is considered a defect?
    • The measurements of the item differ more than 0.75" from that stated on our website.
    • The item has stains that cannot be removed after an attempt to wash it.
    • The item has scratches, holes, tears or spoilt zippers that affect the functionality of the item, and such defects were present before the item reached you.
    • Loose threads and slight colour variation from product photos are not considered defects.
