- What is the validity of a gift card?
- The value in a gift card is valid for 2 years. Extension of validity will not be allowed.
- Can a gift card be used more than once?
- Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
- Can gift cards be topped-up?
- No, you cannot top up a gift card.
- Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
- Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
- Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
- No, you cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.
- Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
- Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
- Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?
- No, you cannot apply a discount code to a gift card purchase.
- Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
- Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
- Can i get a cash refund for any unused value in the gift card?
- No refunds will be permitted. Any unused value in the gift card after expiry will be forfeited.
- I lost the link to the gift card. Can I retrieve it?
- Please email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com and we will assist you on this.
- Someone used my gift card without my knowledge. What should I do?
- Gift cards should be kept private and not be shared with others. We will strictly not issue a replacement gift card.
- Can I check the balance value in the gift card?
- We are afraid you will not be able to check the balance of the gift card. Please email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com if you would like to enquire about the balance value.
- Can I use the gift card at your Plaza Singapura store or for IG livestream purchases?
- Gift cards can only be used on our website www.allwouldenvy.com, as we operate our website on a different system from the systems of our physical store and our IG livestream selling. Thank you for your understanding.
