Items that are on backorder refer to items that are currently sold out but will be remanufactured.
You can join a backorder for an item by carting the item out on our website, and we will send the item to you after the backorder stocks arrive.
How long will it take for a item on backorder to arrive?
Backorder items usually take about 2 to 3 months (after the backorder is opened) to arrive.
There could be further delays (e.g. manufacturing, freight or customs delays) due to factors beyond our control.
Backorder items will be sent out to you as soon as possible after the stocks reach us. Please only join the backorder if you are comfortable with the wait and the possibility of delays.
Can I cart out an in-stock item and an item on backorder together in one order?
Yes, you can, but do note that orders containing backorder items will only be shipped in full after the last backorder item arrives.
If you wish to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders for backorder items and in-stock items, or choose the option to split the deliveries (subject to the payment of delivery fees for the two separate deliveries, if applicable).
