Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

Regular-priced items purchased with Envy Points, gift cards, first-timer discounts, monthly VIP discounts, and birthday discounts are generally eligible for returns.


However, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items and items bought with promo codes where the terms specify no returns;
  • Accessories and merchandise;
  • Orders made using store credits (partially or in full), including store credits from our Refer-A-Friend programme.

Simply submit your return request via your account on our website (under the orders tab) within 7 days of receiving your order. Pack your eligible return items neatly and securely in a waterproof parcel with the RMA number clearly indicated on the parcel. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags intact. 


RETURN METHODS

  • HQ drop-off: Send via trackable mail to our HQ at 81 Tagore Lane, #02-01, Singapore 787502 or drop off personally into the return box outside our HQ.  
  • Store drop-off: Drop off at our Plaza Singapura store (#B1-28/29/35) or our Junction 8 store (#02-39/40). A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the store credits to be issued to you.

Please note that we do not cover the postage costs for sending items back to us.


RETURN DEADLINES

  • For local orders: Return items must reach us within 7 days from the date the RMA is issued.
  • For international orders: Return items must reach us within 30 days from the date your original order was shipped out by us.

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits (less any discounts/shipping or processing fees) will be issued within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Store credits will be valid for 6 months, and unused or expired credits will be forfeited.
  • Store credits can be used online and at our physical stores.

You can exchange eligible items bought directly from our website at any of our physical stores.

You must visit our physical stores within 7 days from the date you receive the RMA number to return the item and use the store credits to be issued to you on the spot. A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the store credits to be issued to you. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have its original tags intact. 

We do not reserve items for in-store exchanges. If the item you want is unavailable, you can return it for store credits instead.

All exchanges are final, and no further returns or exchanges will be allowed.

So sorry about that! Please email us at customerservice@allwouldenvy.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.


To assist you, please include the following in your email to us:

  • Your order number;
  • The name of the item that you did not receive or that is defective; and
  • a photo of the wrong item or defect (as applicable).

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We do not offer returns for in-store purchases in exchange for store credits. However, you may exchange in-store purchases, subject to item eligibility.

You can bring the eligible item back within 7 days (from the date of purchase) to exchange for another item of equal or lower value that is available in-store.

Please ensure you bring along the original receipt as well as the item, which must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have its original tags intact. 

If the item you wish to get in exchange is of lower value, no refund will be given and the excess will be forfeited. 

All exchanges are final and no further exchanges will be allowed. 

Strictly no refunds will be made.
