Delivery / Tracking

Local orders will be sent via standard courier with SF Express or Ninja Van (or such other courier service we may choose to use).

The courier will typically take 2-3 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) to deliver. This delivery lead time does not include the 2-3 working days which we usually need to process and pack an order.

During peak periods such as festive seasons or when we have sales, we may take a longer time to process your order. 

The subsidised charge for local courier delivery is S$3.00 per delivery, and we waive that charge for orders above net S$80 in a single order of in-stock items, or above net S$80 in a single order of backorder items, or above net S$80 in a single order of in-stock items and backorder items all to be shipped together in one parcel after all the backorder items arrive.

Once we have processed your order, an email with the courier tracking link will be sent to you.

Please note that, if your order was made via Instagram, you will not receive an email with the tracking link. Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days and the courier will deliver within 2-3 working days thereafter, and you should receive your order within 6 working days.

You can choose to collect your online order from our office at 81 Tagore Lane #02-01 Singapore 787502.

Please only come to our office after you have received an email from us confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Our office is open from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 9am to 5.30pm.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, SF Express or Ninja Van (or such other courier service we use) will reattempt delivery on another day or at a different time, with up to 2 delivery attempts.

Please note that we will have to impose an additional shipping charge of S$4.50 (to be paid via PayNow to our UEN) to send the parcel to you again if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel to you after the first 2 delivery attempts.

Please select the country to which your order should be sent to, as appropriate. The shipping fee will automatically be calculated and charged (largely based on the weight of the items in the order). Should the cost of delivery of your order be higher than what we or our system anticipated and charged, we reserve the right to request for a top-up for the delivery cost.

You are responsible for all import duties and taxes on your order. You will be notified by the international courier vendor or customs department if there is any delay or import charges imposed on you.

Please only place an order with us if you are comfortable with potential delays (whether due to shipping issues or customs/import issues) and the imposition of import duties/taxes.
