1. Earning Points: Earn Envy Points with every purchase, in-store or online! Points are based on the total net paid amount (excluding shipping, credits, vouchers, and discounts) rounded down to the nearest whole number. Please note that you will not earn Envy Points on sale items.
2. Point Expiration: Envy Points are valid for 1 year from the date they're issued - don't let them expire!
3. Birthday Discount: Use the respective discount codes “BIRTHDAY10”, “BIRTHDAY15” or “BIRTHDAY20” according to your tier at checkout to enjoy your birthday discount! Please note that these codes are only valid during your birthday month and cannot be used before or after the calendar month.
4. Monthly Envy Discounts: Use the respective discount codes "ENVY5" or "ENVY10" to enjoy your monthly Envy discounts! Please note that these codes can only be used once per month and cannot be cancelled or reapplied once used.
5. Redemption: Envy Points can only be redeemed once and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
6. Accumulative Spending: All your spending counts! Accumulate your spending to maintain or upgrade your membership tier.

Scenario 1
You are a new customer and spend $250 on 31 Dec 2024.
You have 90 days from 31 Dec 2024 to spend another $100 to reach the Envy Enthusiast tier.
Scenario 2
You are a new customer and spend $500 on 31 Dec 2024.
You are upgraded to Envy Enthusiast on 31 Dec 2024 and have $150 of accumulated spending to help you reach the next tier.
You have 1 year from 31 Dec 2024 to spend another $850 to reach the Envy Elite tier.
Scenario 3
You are a new customer and spend $1,400 on 31 Dec 2024.
You are upgraded to Envy Elite on 31 Dec 2024 and have $50 of accumulated spending to help you reach the next tier.
You have 1 year from 31 Dec 2024 to spend another $1,950 to reach the Ultimate Envy tier.
7. Restrictions: Envy Points cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards.
8. Amendments to Policy: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditlons at any time without prior notice.
